In the following dates, the virtual accreditation sessions will be held in English. The FFL Coach Accreditation is also available in German, Spanish, French and Italian upon request.

The FFL Coach Accreditation is designed for:
- Leadership coaches and consultants
- HR professionals
- Leadership educators and trainers
Please note: Prior experience, certification or accreditation in Leadership Coaching is required to attend this program.
The FFLA accreditation is designed for individuals with a background in HR, L&D, Coaching and Consulting. If you don’t meet the prerequisites, we suggest you first pursuing coaching education from a reputable program like the International Coach Federation (ICF). traditional and born digital organizations.
All Virtual Accreditations are delivered via Microsoft Teams. After you register, you will be provided with further details such as your Teams links, pre-course work, how to download electronic materials, and other key information.
The virtual format does require a few things from you:
- Make sure you have a solid internet connection with high speed, if possible.
- Ensure your sound and video camera work on your laptop/computer. We will want to see and hear each other.
- Download and familiarise yourself with Teams so you’re ready to go from the first session.
