Future-Fit Leadership Exchange (FFLX) and Future of Work Exchange (FoWX)
The Future-Fit Leadership Community aims to shift the dial on conventional leadership, explore future work challenges and highlight core capabilities required to lead and work effectively in today’s digital and disruptive environment. The FFL focus is on creating awareness around future capabilities, learning trends, and fostering eco-centric leadership to support organizations in addressing skill gaps and tackling pressing societal and environmental challenges.
We are committed to supporting the development of leaders to navigate the complexities of the future, and support talent development that systematically builds required capabilities. A further objective is to foster inter-generational collaboration that leverages diverse skills and perspectives while facilitating the integration of AI into workflows and crafting a harmonious human intelligence and AI relationship.
We will be hosting two forums in 2024:
- the Future-Fit Leadership Exchange (FFLX) is an invite-only online and bi-annual event dedicated to exploring how to shape the future of leadership, drive positive change, and unlock new possibilities for growth and collaboration.
- the Future of Work Exchange (FoWX) is an invite-only online event aimed to uncover valuable insights on the core skills required in today and tomorrow’s landscape, and explore how organizations can effectively prepare for the integration of AI, and its effect on the evolution of roles and the workforce.

Future-Fit Leadership Exchange (FFLX)
The objectives of our multidisciplinary event are to:
- present a compelling case for future-fit leadership (self-aware, purpose-driven, collaborative, inclusive, empowering, responsible)
- build an active global community that shares and shapes leadership of the future
- support organizations / institutions cultivate post-conventional leadership capability (move the dial on the current status of 70% conventional, reactive leadership)
- make a difference: tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges (sustainability, social justice, inclusion, responsible AI, cybersecurity) with eco-centric, ethical, emotionally intelligent, creative leadership

- 4 x 7min talks: Four leaders from industry sectors across Asia, Americas, and Europe will deliver 7-minute talks focusing on:
– Values and leadership principles in contemporary leadership
– Evolution of learning and leadership development
– Leading a cross-generational workforce
– Adapting to post-conventional leadership expectations - Panel Discussion: A 30-minute panel discussion featuring 4-6 panel members will exchange views on challenges, opportunities, and the way forward in contemporary leadership and leadership development.
- Moderated Q&A: Interactive chat-based Q&A allowing participants to engage with speakers, panelists and other attendees.
